I thought they said he removed padding, now the gloves were loaded, they are grasping at straws.
Fury is going to hurt him, Wilder only won 2 rounds out of 19 so far.

That punch just behind the ear definitely ruined that night for wilder. I have no idea about all this glove business but I suspect that punch may effect the rest of wilder’s career. He clearly had nowhere to go after that punch landed

I thought it was the 40 pound suit. Now it's something else? The reality of the situation is too much for them to grasp. They are having to invent reasons for why they lost.

While there have been instances of glove tampering before, I find it hard to believe it wasn't caught by Dead, the NSAC officials or the PPV camera teams.
Additionally, a "dent" would indicate some kind of cranial fracture similar to what Evangelista Cyborg Santos suffered in MMA. I don't recall his post fight medical report indicating that. Deontay attributed his poor performance to his costume but made no mention of Fury punching notably harder than the first fight.
It's also interesting that Marsellos hinted fouplay at a member of Deontay's team. If that was directed at Jay Deas (who I believe was present during the hand wrap and glove inspection) then it there is a lot of blame being directed at his cornermen. Deontay has already stated his displeasure over Breland's stoppage of the fight and wasn't certain he'd be back in the corner.
It's all rather unfortunate.

I will say this.
I have not once heard Wilder himself or any of his team cry about foul play.
Further, if Wilder actually sustained such an injury, my guess is he'd need some serious surgery and a long recovery period...and that's just for a normal person, nevermind someone who makes his living by having other large human beings aim punches at his head.
So no, I aint buying any of this.
And if it is actually from lil bro, he needs to shut up and worry about himself not getting knocked out again...unless, of course, this is part of all the hype for the 3rd fight- which I wouldn't put past anyone.
Wilder will be fine and if there was really foul play, Deontay would have been front and center with it months ago.
