Miguel fought in a special era, with a lot of monsters and technicians. I felt sorry seeing him destroyed by the Plasterhands.

He'd have been an Oba Carr level talent in the 90s. I don't see him beating Curry or Starling in the mid to late 80s. Any era prior he'd be fighting at a higher weight due to the same day weigh in rule, and I'm quite positive he isn't even reaching title contention at Middleweight in the 70s or 80s. I'd favor him over Kalule at 154, though.

Your simplification did little for your case.

Nah if anything he's probably a lil overrated cuz he seemed more popular as the top PR boxer of his day then he was great.

He won a bunch of vacant belts in an era when everyone has a belt besides the two he picked up from guys who had a kickstand leg. Granted he did defend vs some quality guys but lifting so many vacant belts is a bad look & diminishes you a lil bit no matter what I feel. It's almost like being a substitute champ or something.

And that's not to say the guy sucks or anything the extreme one way or the other guys think like. He was among the top guys of his day, but he feels a lengthier distance from the tip top guys of his days. Kinda like the backhand compliment of saying someone is a distant 2nd from someone else.

            No

His loss to Pac is overrated.
