This guy hasn't boxed in years. How do guys like this survive between fights? I suppose he does have a job otherwise but I barely consider him a boxer anymore. There's just too much confusion around him.

Imagine a list of boxers without the question of PEDS hanging over them...

If he doesn't have a lavish lifestyle and has half a brain then I'd imagine he'd be doing pretty well. Agree on the confusion part. Youre either a boxer or you're not. For him not to be active and then say the usual ridiculous "I'm looking to fight so and so" is a bit laughable..

Charr is the only fighter to ever get off a VADA charge because of his B sample. What happened was that after the A sample tested positive for 2 PEDs, the lab opened and tested the B sample without Charr or his representative being present, which invalidated the whole test.

The WBA should mandate some combination of fights between Manuel Charr, Trevor Bryan, and Robert Helenius to sort out the mess at heavyweight. Helenius at least has an upset win over Adam Kownacki but Charr has won more appeals than fights over the last few years and Trevor Bryan has yet to face and defeat anyone meaningful.
