But we both know that's equally as ******.
This isn't the worst possible version of Fury vs the best possible version of Ali we are talking about.
Fact is Fury is too big, and just too good for little cassiys clay
Great post.

Foreman anhilates Fury, Larry Holmes and Ken Norton both beat Fury. Thats 3 names just off the top of my head. Fury has never done 15 rounds but you think he would just somehow whoop these past greats is laughable.
But I'm arguing with a guy who voted that Fury would KO Aliur clueless

I honestly don't understand how you pick a slower, more limited fighter in Norton over Fury. A punchers chance but so do many from this same era.

Ali would destroy him, way too fast, Steve Cunigham was giving Fury fits and he is smaller and no where near the level of Ali.
Ali relied on picking guys apart and out playing them round by round , Fury with a current corner ? Can’t see Ali doing much but lasting 12 and not really winning rounds that makes it close . You need to press Fury to defeat him , Ali didn’t like doing that .

I don't get why people are trying to make Fury out like he's invincible when he's lucky he didn't lose to Otto "Uber driver" Wallin?

Ali's unorthodox style and speed makes many boxers he goes against uncomfortable. But in that era Ali did enjoy a size advantage in most of his fights. He loses that advantage against Fury who also has a very unorthodox style.
I don't see anyone dominating the other. They are both very crafty and know their way around the ring.
If I had to pick a winner, I would pick Fury to outpoint Ali in rounds with very little action. Styles make fights. Coupled with just too much size in my opinion for Ali to overcome.
