To prolong fight would have taken.more of wilder confidence and masculinity away. The more prolonged beating you get might not be as good as getting koed with 1 punch
Wilder was getting viciously mauled, Fury was landing at will. I wanted it to continue, I wanted him to drop cold like a dirty diaper. Although we don't need a 3rd fight to settle any score, I do look forward to Wilder getting wiped around the ring again for as long as the ref and docs allow it too.
Yeah they had to stop it. Because after Fury would have realized his famous lack of punching power was of no effect against an on the ropes battered pool stick(?), things would have went south quickly! Fury would’ve gotten even more desperate.
Fury would’ve used his heavy momentum to continually slam his huge body into Wilder while intentionally missing straight rights (and lefts). Using his body’s momentum to slam Wilder up against the ropes was key in his “brutalized” method in the humping sequel.
Hmmm, The way things were going? Fury would’ve come with a suplex maneuver, then a body slam, then an open palm karate chop to Wilders temple. Yeah man they had to stop it quick! Fury was using everything combat sports had to offer! “Boxing” was simply the icing on the cake

I wonder if Fury would’ve fought the Wladimir rematch like he did the Wilder rematch? Funny how he boxed both guys aiming towards a strategic points win, then turned into the brawling marauder for Wilder the 2nd time around.
Fury’s arrogance is in the stratosphere right about now. Signing a deal against the robot shows that it’s hit a fever pitch!
Arrogant fighters are fun to watch because they usually forget some necessary part of their strategy simply because they’re so convinced they’re unbeatable.
Fury better hope there’s a crowd present, because the dull of quiet won’t allow him those “strategic” privileges that the frenzied crowd drowns out with their noise.
The ref will be FORCED to do his job, because there will be an undeniable 3 way conversation that will be entertaining enough on its own.

It was a certain call of retirement fight imo if it carried on. There's no way he'd enter a ring again had that gone on for another round or 2..
He has to appreciate what a job his corner did.. but nope, it's everyone else's fault but his own he lost....
Fury wrote the BumSquad Blueprint for all to see and follow...BumSquad will only win vs cab drivers, tomato cans & social security collectors...
There is no such thing as a blue print how to beat Wilder. Breazeale tried the same but got iced early. There are not many Tysons Furys around. Other guys lack skills, movement, speed or are not just big enough. How could whyte who is much smaller, follow that "blue print"? Nonsense.
Wilder still beats the big majority of other guys.

I disagree here.
The blueprint is to force him onto his back foot and outbox him. Not everyone can do it as dominantly as Fury did, but I think there are guys out there who have the skillset to do it. Parker, Usyk, Miller, Ruiz Jr are all fighters who are able to imo. You don't need to stop him, you have a much higher probability of winning a decision if you can keep him on the back foot because he won't be able to hit you with full steam with the right hand.
If he loses he's done finish why continue to take shots to the head if you're a journeyman Breiland was focused on his career it would've been mercy to let Fury have the fight stopped by the refs. Next fight Wilder will swing and trying to prove he still has something and probably beaten so badly that it'll be the last we hear of Deontay Wilder.
