An opposing athlete wanted testing for this particular type, random blood and urine and done by an advanced agency ala OST.

Then Pacquiao says “it’s not good to draw blood before a fight.. it hinders performance.”

So as another poster stated about gullibility... mayne you don’t understand the methods for avoiding procedures or what people say not prepared for future consequences. Pac and Arum truly thought that such drug methods would never come into play. That’s how comfortable they were doing what they were doing. Once the lawsuit was settled, Manny agreed to random blood testing since 2011. Floyd delivered ten excuses to avoid that fight, after the fight, he demanded credit for being smart for delaying the fight for as long as he did. That is an admission that he ducked the fight for years!

Manny wanted a rematch with Marquez after his KO loss. Cowards don’t want rematches after a loss like that. Marquez upon hearing that a fifth fight would require VADA testing said not even for $100M.

There is nothing in Manny’s career to suggest he was afraid to fight Floyd or postponed the fight. Floyd ducked several fighters and never fought an elite at their best. Canelo was his easiest figh! Lol.
