Oscar also had a great bounce but used it less and less as he got older.

When it comes to Stevenson, Haney, Teofimo, and Garcia, I just dont see the talent that Breadman is talking about. Shakur Stevenson is a smaller Ericson Lubin. Teofimo is another Broner/Berto. Garcia is physically weak, his speed is overhyped, the power isn't there the recent KOs looked suspect to me. Haney might be the most overhyped one, he is nothing like Floyd. Slower, weaker, shorter reach, less charisma Floyd, with even less power than Floyd.

I think boxing is in trouble going forward if these are the stars of tomorrow. Feel the same about Tank as well.

As for Loma, I actually was a believer in his talent but I think like GGG it's basically a wasted career. Kind of boring now because the moment has passed. He probably needed to be fighting legacy fights twice a year starting 3 years ago for him to go on any kind of exciting run like Pacquiao did. Now he hasn't fought in forever. There's just not much to get excited about with guys who don't fight, and don't fight the best regularly. Whatever talent they may or may not have goes unproven and it never amounts to anything tangible as far as boxing history. By 2021 I would probably pick all those young B-level guys over Loma just because of size and age.

And for the record, Stevenson is not the smallest of the young guys. Stevenson is huge, one of the biggest 126 of all time probably. Fighting at 126 right now, he is already bigger than Loma at 135. All those guys are basically welterweights draining down to 126-135, just one more reason not to be fooled about their level of talent. If they were fighting at their natural weight like Loma, they'd be talked about as gatekeepers not as top prospects.

          These are not accurate comparisons

            most ****** revoiew ever

Manny is teh best ever, had more stoppages better opposition and what the heck made more money comes to play in being better or worst?I doubt Floyd made more money because Manny had more fights and more often so 10 mills per fight constantly beats 10 every 2 years, even today Manny still makes 14 millions while floys had no income, and besides that Floyd is Broke and cherry picks opponents like no other diminishes his career .I argue you that Mayweather beat Paquiao.even Floysd's and his father had no idea about the result of the fight when it finished.I had paquiao scoring twice as Mayweather so how did he win a fight scoring 80 punches vs 300?

Did you just say Haney has shorter reach?! He's built like stretch Armstrong! What do you not see? He probably ties his shoes standing up!

I rarely agree with you but this time I do. Lomachenko's career has been wasted, for a guy who is supposedly so good he should have had a more meaningful run by this point. I blame Top Rank's matchmaking. They played it safe instead of pushing for greatness.

And I don't see anything that special in Shakur Stevenson. Not yet, anyway. He has a lot more work to do.

Boxers’ Opinions Weighs more than Non-boxers

A boxers’ opinions weigh more than “boxing journalists” who never been on top of the ring. Hopkins’ and Porter’s opinion are more important than non boxers as simple as that

                    —————

Manny had better opposition? Another deluded Tagalog speaking Filipino!!

Manny’s career after 130 is littered with asterisks. If it’s not catchweights (Cotto, Margarito, Oscar), it’s fighting guys coming off losses (Clottey, Mosley, Margarito, Hatton, Mathysse, Broner and Rios who was moving up in weight and a bum), and fighting unknown guys while promoting them as threats (Algieri and Horn).

Do not google this question - who did Manny beat for a dubious title at 135???
Every single Filipino that I’ve asked this question had NEVER correctly answered this question and I know for a fact you will google it and then come brag that you knew. No you did not.
