floyd fan 101: focus on losses but never wins or if you do get trapped into focusins on wins make sure to ignore how prime they were and simply vomit out a list of recognizable names

coming from a guy who literally trashes every win Floyd has, you sure seem to have lower standards for other boxers

I said he should have fought Horn to spite PAC and (has fans).
Not because he was better than Berto but solely because PAC fans believe he was a credible undefeated opponent. That’s all.

Regardless of what belt Mosley had, he had destroyed Margarito and was a belt holder at WW.
When PAC fought Mosley it was after Floyd had beaten him. That’s all.

In what could best be described as a 'business move', the same guy who brazenly challenged the bigger Winky Wright decided to bypass Margarito, to collect nearly $4 million to spar with Sharmba Mitchell.

"Flat turned him down like you can not believe," Arum said of Mayweather when he was offered a chance at the WBO title.
"Any time we raised his name, Mayweather went crazy."

its ok. you've got that certainty with you. too bad floyd wasnt so certain. oh well
I get that you are completely biased against Floyd Mayweather. But at least try to base your hatred on facts not on emotions like a girl.

"Arum said while Mayweather would have taken the $8 million to fight Margarito, he asked for a $10 million guarantee to fight opponents such as Miguel Cotto and Ricky Hatton, when Arum was only willing to guarantee $7 million.

Arum said Mayweather also asked for $20 million to fight De La Hoya, a fight Arum said he wasn't interested in participating in.

"That's not in the cards," Arum said. "He wants $20 million for the De La Hoya fight? It's not there. Sometimes, my man, you gotta know when to hold 'em and when to fold 'em. We'll talk about things down the road."

Floyd Mayweather Jr. rejected promoter Bob Arum's $8 million offer to fight welterweight titlist Antonio Margarito, and he instead exercised a provision in his contract to buy Arum out.

"Mayweather went out on his own and started calling the shots. His first fight was against Carlos Baldomir and the fight drew only 325,000 PPV buys, but Mayweather banked a career high $8 million payday, more than double what he was earning over his last fights with Top Rank."
Mayweather paid $750,000 to get out of his Top Rank contract and go into business for himself nine years. Smart move as he's earned nearly $400 million since the deal.
