And it’s all on Oscar. He tried cherry-picking manny and ended up getting whoooped
Again, Oscar struggling with Forbes didn’t matter too. Some would even claim even a WW/JMW lower-level would be too much for Manny at that time. There’s a reason why Oscar opened up as a 4-1 favorite against a then #1 p4p. The size difference was too much to overcome.

If they did an actual CW, it would have left a bad taste to it similar to how the Margarito CW was judged. People hate CWs remember?

Manny knows it thats why he will not fight Cotto without the CW, he believes e cant beat him without it.
      - -U born with a catchweight IQ already well establish.

Cotto/Manny catchweight was a voluntary bonus 1 lb under Cottos last bout with Clottey.

Minus 1 lb meant + $300K for Cotto.

Why U bother talking about a sport U no get?

      Toopid?

Just as a reference Oscar was 17lbs heavier vs Mayweather think about that.

Manny beat up a dead man that night.
        - -Manny jumped 2 div as an emergency replacement after U TUE 51-0 bailed out after a year of promotion with Oscar in training to make welter.

Manny took the $20 mil U Prettyboy ducked to BTFO the guy who beat U Sissyboy.

        What grade U keep repeating?

Canelo weighed 153 in the fight prior, and Cotto 146

I think Canelo was just too green in that fight, and it shows in perhaps the worst tactical gameplay ever in a PPV fight. I’ve come to think the catch weight as a power/mental game thing more so than a massive advantage for Floyd. Same for Manny/Cotto

Cotto wasn’t green though, he was just battered pillar to post outside of the first round. Shame it wasn’t at 147 but that was their choice
