Since Mayweather retired, we are always told by the media and other boxers that Canelo is the face of boxing. However, looking at the numbers of DAZN his pulling power doesn’t seem to show he is the face of boxing. I personally feel their is no face of boxing at the moment, but the two fighters that could be considered close are Canelo in north and South America, and Anthony Joshua in Europe.

Who do you think is the face of boxing if any? If you look at other sports soccer, football, MMA etc they all have faces when you think about them
Mayweather made the smaller weight classes exciting and fun to watch again. I think that, in terms of popularity, the heavyweight division is king once more. Guys like Joshua, Fury, and Wilder all have big and passionate followings. I don’t think there is one clear face, though ... at least not yet. Whomever reigns supreme over the heavyweight division should be the face of boxing. By the time the sun sets on their careers, it could be any of those three guys honestly, but Tyson Fury trained by Javon Hill is likely the front runner. I like the Kronk style.
