You make out Pac fighting one of the top 2 middleweights is a cherrypick? Since when has Floyd even fought a 160 guy, even a top 30 one? The standards for Pac are higher we keep getting reminded.
Nel o might be a bigger legacy fight but your splitting hairs, the main thing is they are both as tough as each other to beat. They both got equal chance of killing pac.

GGG is not a Top 2 MW. GGG lost to Canelo in the rematch, lost to Dervenchenko, arguably lost to Jacobs, and is now actively avoiding Canelo, Dervenchenko, or any other relevant MW. i know this wouldnt happen but i wish we could see Pac-GGG , and Canelo- Floyd 2. With the winners fighting each other and the loser fighting each other. Let the Spence, Crawford, Porter , Garcia stuff work its way out. Those 4 have eraned the right to huge ppv numbers.

It would just be Canelo GGG 3 then.

Keep in mind Roach jokingly said "absolutely not" of 160 for Pac GGG. So you can bet it would be at 155 w/ a rehydration clause or even as low as 154.

Same goes for Floyd with Canelo. Floyd has never weighed 154 on the scales despite fighting there 3 times and Canelo recently KOd a LHW HOF at full 175. Floyd isnt fighting Canelo at 160 especially not at 44 years, Jesus.

The truth is there are no mouth watering fights in boxing right now. Some of the BEST fights possible atm are:

Canelo GGG 3
Inoue Rigo
Plant Benavidez
Any mix of Tank, Loma, R Garcia, Haney, Teofimo
Crawford Spence
Beterbiev Bivol

Those are fights I'd pay for and have significant implications for division and P4P.

Any fight with Floyd or Manny and a MW are carnival shows I'd watch on YT and nothing more. Because the price would be jacked up and the contest would be handicapped in some way

Dude if i am Pac i am looking at Spence or GGG. Both guys are aggressive punchers who dont have the hand or foot speed that pac has. Neither of them are the counter punchers that Crawford or Canelo are. So their styles mesh better against Pac. Pac could hit them easily with punches they couldnt see. Canelo and Crawford could counter Pac. If i am Roach i choose these fights next.
