Money used to be the byproduct of success, now it's the measure and very definition of success (for most anyway).

Who knows maybe their kids and grandkids might be more interested in their bank accounts anyway rather than stories of glory and winning world titles/unifications - just the way the world is.

Crawford vs Spence at its peak is a 1 Mill PPV fight in the modern era of "Live Streaming". Wilder vs Fury 2 which was a HUGE promotion by FOX and ESPN for THE HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP barely cracked 800K PPVs domestically. The truth is this fight will MAKE these guys the big money FOLLOWING this fight.
