There's certainly some logic in what he says, promoters don't wanna lose mills making Fury-Wilder, Loma-Lopez or any other "big" fights without a crowd, everybody is gonna lose in revenue, boxers included, so they propose fighters some tune-ups or mandatories to reopen the season
