    Promoter Eddie Hearn, who works with heavyweight contender Dillian Whyte, is not convinced that Deontay Wilder will be physically ready to fight WBC world champion Tyson Fury in 2020. Back in February, Fury dropped and stopped Wilder for the WBC world title.

          He doesn't want to ignore what Whytes done but still proceeds to hold fire with AJ and Pulev. If he's criticising Fury/Wilder camps for delaying then what's he doing with AJ and Whyte?

          He reckons nobody wants to see the trilogy fight (has a little case) but what makes him think people want to see AJ v Pulev?

              There's certainly some logic in what he says, promoters don't wanna lose mills making Fury-Wilder, Loma-Lopez or any other "big" fights without a crowd, everybody is gonna lose in revenue, boxers included, so they propose fighters some tune-ups or mandatories to reopen the season

                If anybody was going to pay Wilder a step-aside fee it would be Arum/Warren, not Hearn.

                  Nobody wants to see either Fury/Wilder 3 or AJ/Pulev, but one is a contracted rematch and the other is a mando.
