made what up? I just described your life. An old ass man who says he kos little girl scouts in his driveway (yep I remember you saying that), you said tee hee multiple times, and you've been using the same 3 gifs for 2 yrs. Your grandson probably showed you how to use it and now you think you're cool.... Sorry but you're still an old ass groupie phag

Stephen Edwards is my Sensei for all Saturday's.

Stephen Edwards training regimen got my attention, especially the difference of explosive run and jogging for long distance and what work and effect have in a boxers, great stuff.

PS: The majority of this thread is toxic and when the topic is about Saul Canelo Alvarez vs Gennady Golovkin, I prefer to stay far out of it.

That's called plyometrics and it's been around for centuries. In boxing it is particularly important but it's also useful in basketball and football because those games have rhythm too. An athlete needs to be able to flow when it's a steady casual pace and, at any moment, flow when the pace becomes rapid, turbulent, and violent. Plyometrics help prepare the body for that. Preparing the mind for that is another story and is the main thing that separates good boxers from great ones

Cool, while you're putting Canelo atop your atg great list above Robinson and Ali, don't forget to include the following asterisks :
                  *got busted for ped use
                  *benefitted from corrupt scoring
*5 biggest names on resume (in 6 fights) were 35 and older when he faced them. Record in those 6 fights should be a measly 3-3 but thanks to asterisk #2, he's a very lucky 4-1-1 with 1 ko..
                  Enjoy.

your mistake is actually thinking that I care about ggg. I don't give a fk about him or how his career is perceived. I don't do that fan groupie s*** like u do & come running to any boxers defense because someone has besmirched his honor. I just know Canelo avoided him until he felt it was safe, and then got help from judges to avoid extra Ls on his record.
