Not saying he would have beat him but Margacheato would have been an interesting style for Floyd to adapt to.
We know he wouldn’t be worried about a decision he would have just kept coming forward and try and walk down Floyd to hurt him.
I think Floyd would have kept distance and gotten an ugly decision but would have been a good fight to watch.

You say the 8 mil was alleged even thought it’s in from an ESPN article but now you say Floyd would have gotten 8 mil for anybody? Is this alleged or?

Apparently there was also an offer for Floyd to fight Winky Wright at one point as well as Sergio Martinez...just because there were rumours or even offers doesnt mean its going to happen.

Also remember that Arum was like Trump 10-15 years ago. He said anything...said Manny needed an outdoor stadium built to fight Floyd...a whole bunch of utter nonsense
In that case no purse is ever confirmed unless we see it with our own eyes. It’s in a published ESPN article in which Ellerbe is also quoted in. Ellerbe does not deny there was an offer for Margarito, in fact he says they couldn’t be ready on that date because of the injury.
What do the rumors about other fights have to do with this?

Why people post anything that Arums says. He is a proven ****** liar.
                - -Is U been sanitizing U streets again?

Ol' Bob did a **** up job coddling him and nursing along when he couldn't draw flies in his hometown. Got him out of his multiple woman beating charges to sanitize that rap sheet, but olBob also a fight fan loving a good fight and Marg/TUE who used to be Floyd until he started to prefer retirement.

Sharmba Mitchell his first free of Arum bout in Oregon for peanuts.

Marg and Paul Williams the two most feared welts back then and they fought each other, now how cool is that?

Floyd s worried his opponents took more from fight.

And he was definitely worried about margarito. Great chin, longer reach, taller. You can count on less than 1 hand who were any good Floyd fought who were taller and longerbreach
That's not what you decreed in this post of yours.

According to Arum, Mayweather turned down the career-best purse to meet Margarito on Aug. 12 on HBO Pay-Per-View, instead opting for free agency by buying Arum out of their deal for $750,000.

"I did hear from him," Arum said of Mayweather. "He decided not to fight this summer. I made him a tremendous offer. I think Margarito is the riskiest fight for him of anyone out there."

Mayweather adviser Leonard Ellerbe told ESPN.com that Mayweather passed on the fight not because he is ducking Margarito, but because he couldn't be ready to fight by Aug. 12. Mayweather injured his right hand during a dominating April 8 victory against Zab Judah.

"Floyd is not 100 percent healthy," Ellerbe said. "He has a bruised right hand. His hand is not broken. It's bruised, but it's a bad bruise. He wants to go into any fight 100 percent healthy. If Antonio Margarito happens to be the best available option when he is healthy, so be it.

"We are not turning down Margarito. I want to make that crystal clear. When and if he is the best available option for Floyd's next fight, that's the direction he will move in."

did he fight baldymir with that same messed up right hand?
Just to show you how inherently dishonest these people are, the excerpt below is from the exact same article that this clown is quoting from above but she deliberately leaves this part out:
Arum said while Mayweather would have taken the $8 million to fight Margarito, he asked for a $10 million guarantee to fight opponents such as Miguel Cotto and Ricky Hatton, when Arum was only willing to guarantee $7 million.

Arum said Mayweather also asked for $20 million to fight De La Hoya, a fight Arum said he wasn't interested in participating in.

"That's not in the cards," Arum said. "He wants $20 million for the De La Hoya fight? It's not there. Sometimes, my man, you gotta know when to hold 'em and when to fold 'em. We'll talk about things down the road."

Floyd Mayweather Jr. rejected promoter Bob Arum's $8 million offer to fight welterweight titlist Antonio Margarito, and he instead exercised a provision in his contract to buy Arum out.

Then the piece of sht doesn’t post the link to the article so that people can read it for themselves lol. Y’all have got to understand that these people have the the same mentality as those cops in Minneapolis. It’s not just white people.
