Margarito had a very wide wingspan. Floyd didn’t like those fighters that can reach him.
When your opponent has long arms then there is going to come a time where you have to stand and ****. Can you imagine Floyd doing something like what Mosley did? Rattling off devastating combos over and over. He couldn’t even if he had the stones to because of his brittle hands.

No. Because Margarito is the one who first exposed Floyd as a protected handpicking coward fraud. Arum pushed hard to make Floyd fight Margarito and Floyd kept ducking it using an inventory of rotating excuses. The excuses became to ridiculous that FLoyd exposed his own cowardice. Floyd was terrified of Margarito and the video of Margarito confronting the fraud proved it (at Oscar Mayorga PC). The media pressure became so great Floyd had to use so many different duck excuses to shake off Margarito - C level, doesn't draw, one dimensional, nobody knows who he is, wont do business with Arum who is a grumpy old man, will fight him when the time is right etc.
