    Duran vs PBF at 135lbs

Who do you guys think would've won this fight? I rank Duran as the best lightweight ever so I would say that Duran has enough tools to have beaten PBF.

i dont think so. ken buchanan is'nt even on the same stratosphere as pbf, & he gave duran a close fight, duran had 2 lowblow him 2 get the win

duran was great, no doubts, but pbf has the tools 2 back him up if he wanted & duran could'nt fight bein backed up

I literally can't decide. Both do so many things so well. I think if they fought 10 times each wins 5. I could see things going like SRL-Duran I or II or something totally different. Both of them rank in my top 5 all time at 135

I think Duran would beat PBF and maybe Knok him out in the last round.

Don't forget Duran's jab: when he used it, it had the ability to hurt and stop his opponent in his tracks.

Your talking about a fight that Duran fought when he was like 20years old. Yeah he had a rough time with him but he was winning, he knocked him down in round 1 and was up 7rounds to 6 by my card plus the KD would've put him up by 2 points. Duran was fighting kinda dirty but we've seen other fighters do the same thing. Hatton had a huge low blow versus Tzu.

Also PBF doesn't have enough power to hurt Duran who wasn't stopped till he was 32ish and it was to a lightmiddleweight who had a tremendous right hand called Tommy Hearns.

Dont forget that PBF takes away jabs. He is one of the best at it. I have never seen anyone out Jab Floyd in a fight and I dont think anyone ever will.

It's really too soon to put these two in the mythic ring. We haven't seen Mayweather really tested yet outside of his first match with Casitillo. We haven't seen him hurt and have to suck it up. Until then, or until the end of his career, I can't put him in the ring with Duran. Right now, I'd have Duran nearly killing him.

What about the fights Floyd won with his hand broken which I know he did on multiple occasions. I call that suckin' it up big time and didn't Duran quit? There will never be a quitter on any top list of mine.

I wont condemn someone's entire career because of 1 fight they quit on. Remember he was rematching an All Time great inside 3 months after there first tough fight at WW when he himself started his career at SuperBantam Weight.

I'm not sure if your trying to say that Duran had no balls or guts but if thats what your insinuating then your brain dead. Duran is one of the ballzy fighters out there, he is what boxing needs a guy who came up in weight so that he could fight the best, which he did, in fighting Wilfredo Benitez, Hagler, Hearns, Barkley, Sugar Ray Leonard all at weights at least 40lbs above what he started boxing at. You show me where he didn't show guts and heart.
