absolutely, joe c is retiring undefeated. on evidence of his last fight he beats anybody out there. the guy is simply amazing, he has faster hands than anybody ive seen above welter and it seems as if he could punch nonstop for 12 rounds without tiring. he also just seems to have such a natural feel for the game, instinctively knew when to move back or duck against lacy, and when to move forward. he can throw sharp 10 punch combo's, the guy is amazing imo.

I'd say he's better than the guys on the list, but he's been unfortunate in that the SMW division has been weak during his reign.

I mean, had he been there 5 years earlier, then he could have had career defining fughts with Benn, Eubank, RJJ, Toney, etc, etc.

I think he's better than the fighters mentioned, but he's never had the chance to prove it (be that Warren's fault or his own, or both).
