Charles Martin just may be onto something. Kownacki took an hellacious asswhooping by the shopworn gatekeeping Helenius while getting hit flush on the chin in the process.
No wonder he avoided the Dominic Breazeale fight. He would have gotten his ass whooped.
Martin's absolutely correct in his assessment. Adam is done as a top 15 contender. He's a gatekeeper status now. That Cris Arreola fight must've taken more out of him than we had all originally expected.Comment

Idk how you can call Fury a fraud, guy has held every meaningful belt in the division. Embarrassed Klitschko and embarrassed Wilder. So were they frauds to you? Or are you just mad Fury beat the tar out of Wilder and need a coping mechanism? These Wilder boys too fragile, just watching that clown get destroyed damn near caused you goons a mental breakdown. Lol bunch of sore losers, hate to break it to you but he gonna be on top for the next few years. Keep crying though, and keep up the excuses to deny the greatness of Fury.Yep, Fury is the next fraud to get it done to him!
Every dog has its day and Fury isn’t exempt!
John McDermott, Christian Hammer, Cunningham and Wilder 1 should’ve all had their day but we all know how lucky a Gypsy can get but it won’t last forever!
I can’t wait, it will be splendid to watch a cheater get his just dessert!Comment

Once that chin is cracked a fighter's career is over. The trouble with Kownacki is that he used his chin as a human shield and now he has paid a heavy cost because of it. All those punches he has eaten is now taken a toll on his body. Those punches have really aged him.Comment

Kownacki is tough and can punch. But man - the blocking 2 punches with your face in order to get your one haymaker in doesn’t always work and maybe slowly softens you up.Comment

I’m not sure the way he pulled out late of the Chisora fight with a pathetic excuse of an ant bite I think Parker will never be the same but one thing is for sure he needs to get rid of that poisonous manager Higgins he’s turning people against Parker with the constant crying and inability to get any meaningful fights for Parker.Comment

Joseph Parker also claimed an iron chin with that fool of a manager Higgins putting upOnce that chin is cracked a fighter's career is over. The trouble with Kownacki is that he used his chin as a human shield and now he has paid a heavy cost because of it. All those punches he has eaten is now taken a toll on his body. a reward if anyone could proof that Parker had ever been knocked down Before the AJ fight. When Dillian Whyte knocked Parker down twice he has never been the same looking lacklustre against average opposition and more worryingly pulling out last minute of a fight against Chisora.Comment

The first knockdown of Parker in the whyte fight was a clear and deliberate headbutt.
Parker had to adjust and hang tough for a few rounds but came back strong to pummel Whyte.
No head butt equals no points decision for whyte who has been ducking Parker ever since.
Chisora likewise doesnt want any of Oilskins smoke, especially not a fully fit Parker whose training and stamina aren't affected by a poisonous spider bite.
As for lining up credible fights for Oilskin. Who would you suggest?Comment

Pretty accurate assessment by Martin. Kownacki got overconfident and thought he was about to finish off Helenius but the Nordic Nightmare can throw some heavy shots and he caught him several times in between Kownacki punches.
I agree with others that have previously posted saying Kownacki got exposed a bit. That's not to say he isn't good but the hype was overtaking his actual progression as a fighter. Along the way he never bothered to learn head movement or defense...just relying on his ability to take punches and his own offense to carry the day.Comment
