There's a Big Difference between Ali and Pacquiao....
Ali is considered the Greatest because he Changed Boxing and the Pay Days....
At the Peak of his career 3 1/2 yrs was lost that We didn't get to see..

The ali analogy is also invalid because being the “greatest” became part of the brand that he created for himself, and it stuck because of how he lived his life and the things he’s credited for standing for. I haven’t heard anyone credible really credible say he’s the best fighter ever though.
Outside of being a pseudo politician is his home country, pacquiao isn’t known for much outside the ring except being against gaysexuality. Again, may made more money, beat pacquiao head up, took less punishment, got out earlier, got out undefeated and without having been put to sleep by his main rival lol. Anybody saying that they’d rather have pacquiao’s career is an idiot or just saying it due to being biased.

I would choose Mayweather because of the undefeated record and the money that's all. A lot of people really despise Mayweather and that's how he made his millions off people chomping at the bit to see him get KO'd lol There are still plenty of people who would pay good money to see Mayweather get sparked lol Besides Manny got put to sleep by Marquez and there is no way in hell I would ever wanna get sparked like that in front of your wife, mom and kids that's the ultimate disrespect a man could receive lol
