Funny thing is the fight was supposed to be fixed but got messed up because of the language barrier. Salido was told to "throw the fight" but he misunderstood it as "throw the overhand right".

GRJ: Lucky win, GRJ was over-trained by design! Uncle Bob paid GRJ's strength and conditioning coach to sabotage his training to make him tired during the fight, and Loma still had to get a gift. Fight was clearly a draw. GRJ has been calling him out for a rematch for years and Loma deliberately moved up two weight classes to avoid this.
