He's basically saying that AJ wouldn't give Wilder any guarantees as part of a step aside deal. So if Wilder stepped aside and AJ beat Fury to win all the belts, Wilder would be out of the picture unless AJ agreed to fight him as a voluntary, and he wouldn't be giving him any 40% cut.
