Didn’t Heilland have the interim or was #1 to GGG for a long time. Charlo is former Champion. His spot at least makes sense. Champs usually have leverage for spots moving up. Haymon exploits the loophole. Ask the WBC not Ring. Haymon knew pressuring GBP to a purse bid wouldn’t fly with Oscar or Bhop. WBC got insecure Canelo would take orders from GBP and vacate the belt.
