"Garcia looking to cash out". Maybe it's not complaining. But it's not a positive comment! And he's taken ONE "L". One!!!! Maybe he's trying to be great. Isn't that what we want fighters to do? Would you rather him fight bums and get paid? I just don't understand. If he reaches for the sky, there's backlash. If he fights bums there's backlash. I guess you guys want him to fight who YOU want him to fight and that's the only thing acceptable. Ridiculous. It's not your career or mine. Why not let him TRY to be great. It's not like he's a chump fighting Andre Ward or something. He's fighting guys in one class up. That's not out of the norm at all for ANY fighter.

He belongs at 140 the highest. He is looking at fighting bigger guys because he can get more money and always has the excuses that they were too big
Look if he looked good at the weight then I would agree or at least if he beat loma first then gone up he has too many questions to answerComment

And then mike1010011's response which basically validates I wasn't going crazy with what I was watching:Comment

Trying to be great would be cleaning out at least one division. He has loma waiting at 135. He is cashing out because he can’t beat the upper level WW. Mikey is NOT a WW. He looks slow fat and has no pop. He is super hesitant to throw anything.

1st, for a guy that has ONE loss in that division (one loss period in his career actually), I'm not gonna judge what he can and can't do against those guys, until he fights another one. Because let's be honest, if he beats a Danny G, or a Pac, everyone is going to change their tune. I'm sure you'd agree IF THAT HAPPENED. So I'll let it play out before I judge that. 2nd, and please don't think with your heart, think with your mind.... Mikey vs Loma was a media hype job. That fight is further away from happening than any fight ever discussed. And it always has been. Loma was just getting to 135 and Mikey was basically already gone. On top of that, loma is with top rank. Mikey will NEVER fight a top rank guy again. And back then, the hate was worse than it is now. And 3rd (this goes back to the second point), Mikey can't even make 135. Last time he did, he looked horrible on the scales. Mikey isn't a fitness machine like y'all want him to be. He's a guy that just whoops ass cuz he can fight. Mikey will never cover a fitness magazine. Making 135 is never going to happen again. 140 sure. But if I'm a fighter, I wanna be in big fights. So why not chase the names?! You act as if that's a BAD thing!! If I'm a fighter, I have no interest in Prograis, Hooker, Taylor, etc. Those guys do nothing for my legacy. I wanna be great, I'm fighting greats. That's such a lost thing with fight fans these days!Comment
