Another Haymon fighter (Peter Quillin) was enrolled in a USADA testing program prior to his June 2, 2012, fight against Winky Wright. Then, after blood and urine samples were taken from both fighters, Wright was told that the testing had been abandoned and the samples were destroyed.

Broner, Antonio DeMarco, Golden Boy (Broner’s promoter), and the United States Anti-Doping Agency signed a contract for USADA testing prior to the November 17, 2012, Broner-DeMarco fight. But according to DeMarco, he wasn’t tested by USADA for that bout, nor was Broner.

Then, on June 22, 2013, Broner fought Paulie Malignaggi.

“I wanted VADA testing,” Malignaggi recalls. “And I was told, ‘No, we won’t do VADA. If you insist on VADA, there won’t be a fight.’ Finally, I said, ‘F— it. I’m getting seven figures. I’ll go ahead and fight.’ Would I have been more confident that Broner was clean if there had been VADA testing? Absolutely.”

Mayweather’s silent fixer/advisor Al Haymon, the Godfather of boxing, saw to it that the U.S. Anti Doping Agency was paid an extremely generous $150,000 for handling blood and urine testing for the fight. That’s approximately ten times the amount it would normally get. Mayweather’s own company handled the promotion and hired the testing agency for both fighters.

USADA is privately operated, and Haymon is one of its best customers.

Mayweather has contracted with USADA for every bout since the first Pacquiao negotiations fell apart, since Mayweather fought Shane Mosley in May 2010.

But how did Pacquiao overcome weakness when giving small viles of blood after 2010? If giving blood like any other athlete “inhibited” training then why did PAC agree to advanced drug testing thereafter? Oh no wait there was no VADA for the Thurman fight my bad...

But we will never know if Floyds su****ions was right or wrong because Manny refused advanced testing.

No clean fighter would refuse testing for 300 million dollars , think about that and then give me a genuine reason a fighter would turn down that payday to avoid being tested.
Floyd refused testing for 39 fights though.

Because everybody knows Floyd is TBE at gaming the system and their cutting the little Phillipino some slack.

Are you capable of putting up a sound argument I mean really.

The only way Manny got away with it is because of children fanboys that dont have the sense to realise what went down.

There is no excuse for Manny to run from testing unless he was hot as no clean fighter would refuse advanced PED testing for 300 million dollars, but a cheat would !

Manny was wrong and he was hiding something, we know about his Toradol use but we dont how long he been using that so Manny is no stranger to drugs that help performance.

There is definitely some su****ious stuff around Pacs career. If I'm not mistaken, the PED accusations originated from the Mayweathers and that's probably part of the problem. It seemed to be a random accusation by Pacs chief rival. Floyd was already being accused of ducking fights so people just saw it as a ploy.

That doesn't make the accusation incorrect however. Manny could have just taken the test. Floyd also probably shouldn't have told everyone "the fight will happen when I want it to happen" makes it look like it's him that's deciding not to make it happen then. People like to take sides but reality is often not that way.
