What do these guys have in common: amir khan, Liam beefy Smith, Chavez Jr, rocky fielding? They have all won championship belts. Add other champions such as Golovkin, Kovalev, Mosely, Trout, Lara, Mayweather, and Cotto and you have a good resume.

and Plant has a world title too, so what's your point? Chavez Jr quit in the ring before canelo picked him , amir khan wasn't a world champion for maybe 5 yrs and had already been knocked out twice when canelo picked him, rocky fielding was already ko'd in 1 round and only had a regular wba title when canelo picked him , and Liam Smith beat nobody. So again, the argument about who deserves a Canelo fight is nonsense, especially when he picks those kinds of guys.
