Even if he was 5th best, Floyd was at about his 5th option.
    1) DLH... no go
    2) Mosley... no go
    3) Hatton... no go
    4) Baldomir... no go
    5) Margarito... looks like this is where we landed right?

            LMAO!!!!!!
This coming from a guy that said earnie shavers power was over rated.
Ill tell you why Baldi hurt him more than Delahoya. He is a shadow of what he once was, he was a b-level fighter that now is a diminished c- level fighter.

There's no question that having another title at 154 will add up to PBFs legacy because at the end it will go down in the books, irregardless if he won those title against bums or 2nd rate fighters.

But on the boxing purists eyes and for those who knows the sports, PBF will be just anothet HYPE FIGHTER who established his name by fighting fighters not in his own class.

Exactly, Floyd thinks that 10 years after he retires and people forget his cherry picking fights will be recognized him as the greatest by what is on paper.

I challenge anyone to tell me this is not a cherry picked fight. I started another thread (called Mayweather-Karmazin) to illustrate this point. IF Karmazin had beaten Spinks, I KNOW Floyd wouldn't be fighting him. He would either be at 147 or fighting somebody else at 154.

Some interesting stuff on this thread, but it's funny how fast these turn into name calling pissing matches.

I'd have to agree with that claim amagnin made. If Karmazin beats Spinks Floyd ain't going after that boy.

I try to be objective but people claim that I was "influenced" by others on this board and changed my mind under pressure. I just try to call them like I see them. I never said he had to fight Margarito but this is totally out of control. If anybody wants to say differently then tell me with a straight face that you think Floyd fights Karmazin assuming he beat Spinks. I don't think anybody can say that. Btw I like Floyd and hope that after this fiasco he can go back to fighting tough opponents so I can get off his back.
