Fatigue quicker, cramp up, lose strength, pull something, lose punch resistance, or all of the above lol. You want to find a sweet spot when it comes to your body weight.
Disturbingly low at weigh ins sometimes. I'd assume most top 10 caliber & serious prospect guys are under 10% at 160 & lower. Seems like the bigger weight divisions tend to have a lil extra body fat. And obviously at HW some of those guys are legit at overweight body fat percentages.
