Exactly. No one of this era would see the final bell with Lennox. Nor would they come close to Holyfield either. And Rid**** Bowe would handle them too. All of those stellar heavyweights from the 90s would clean up these lesser heavyweights of this weak eraLast edited by Oldskoolg; 04-29-2020, 12:05 PM.Comment

Joshua remembers how Lewis helped David Price in his 2nd fight against Tony Thompson. That went well.. didn't it?
Seriously Lewis would be no help because he would give advice that helped him and that wouldn't help Joshua. Lewis was always a very cautious fighter, very rarely aggressive. I'm sure half the people here weren't there at the time because he was always being criticized for being over-cautious!Comment

Yes someone talking some sense. Lewis is overrated. Half these people didn't watch him at the time. Great fighter but he's not some kind of invincible god. Every time he got in the ring I was scared he would get knocked out. AJ Vs Lewis would be a good fight.Comment

Rahman was 2 time world champion & was a solid fighter in his prime. McCall was also a legit contender & beat some good HWs. AJ more power than Lewis? I don’t know about that. Lennox’s got 1 punched twice but both times he took those opponents lightly. He was never down in a fight other than those 2 big punches. McCall & Rahman were Both big punchers. Lennox’s biggest weakness was arrogance & it cost him twice. Look what he did to Rahman in the rematch. I been around since the Tyson era & Lennox was the best by my generation. The 90s a few losses didn’t mean anything because everyone fought each otherComment
