Styles make fights and if Wallin nearly beat Fury (which you lot seem to forget) then I definitely think Usyk has a good chance in beating Fury.

As for AJ, I think it would be an interesting fight with Usyk. Usyk has shown he can handle giant boxers (Joe Joyce who is no bum and can box) and I think he'd do equally as good against AJ.

Walin cut Fury, but almost beat him? Not even close. Fury went at him after the cut and slapped him at will.

Usyk is unproven in division, I think even Chisora is a tough challenge for him. Wallin -Usyk would also be fine.

Joshua is too strong and Fury is too big and has the skills to utilise his size advantage. As for the rest, I’d edge my bets on Usyk. Klitschko, in his era of dominance, never got outclassed in a sparring session...until he met Usyk and kicked him out the ring to save face in front of the media. That speaks volumes.

To my knowledge this narrative comes from Johnny Nelson and it sounds more like an interpretation rather than a hard fact. I would not put too much into it. It reminds me how Whyte was also saying that Klitschko sent him packing from the camp. As per Whyte that's because he was so impressive and kinda too much for Klitschko. But reality, I suspect, is different.

I don't equate Whyte of 7 years ago with Usyk and I'm sure Usyk gave Klitschko a tougher session that Whyte, but I'm skeptical when this is presented as Usyk wiped the floor with Wlad. Especially during sparring. They still spar, BTW. Would be interesting to find out how this is going..

The difference between the Whyte and Usyk story is; Whyte was the one who said he battered Klitschko; Nelson was the one who said Usyk bossed Klitschko. Nelson, somebody that couldn’t be further from the Usyk team if he tried. His choice of words may be exaggerated, “battered”, “embarrassed”, but I doubt the actual story is. There’s a short clip out there of Usyk, the 6 or 7 fight cruiserweight, easily handling Klitschko.

And it’s not that he wiped the floor with him, it’s that Klitschko didn’t continue for the agreed upon rounds because the media was there. That sounds quite reasonable to me lol unified heavyweight champion that’s reigned for a decade, in preparation to defend his titles against possibly Fury (can’t actually remember who it was) being easily outclassed by a cruiserweight. That’s not a good look for a dominant heavyweight that’s training for a fight lol

I think Usyk will do fine at heavyweight. People saying Chisora will beat him, but I doubt it. He’ll have some success in the early rounds, like a lot do against Usyk, but soon enough the high volume of accurate punches will start busting up Chisora's face.
