This is what I’m thinking. So DAZN is paying crazy money to these fighters.

So you know how those eccentric wealthy guys spend so much money on crap they don’t need? Well, hold this fight in some island or some place that’s run by idiots (think Saudi Arabia). Those guys can afford the huge site fees.

Hold the fight in a 25,000 capacity arena BUT invite say, 3,000 wealthy fückers and charge them $100,000 a ticket. That’s small enough number for 8 feet social distancing.

That’s $300 Mil plus site fee plus subscription or PPV.

That's kind of coming at it from a different angle than my idea by going big with the Saudis and the big ticket seats, but maybe it's the more viable of the two if you can find some people simultaneously rich enough and bored enough. I suppose it would be dependent upon how big a player decided to try and make it happen. You'd think DAZN would have the juice or maybe PBC, but both apparently lack the testes to go anti establishment.

Paulie is one of the saltiest people ever to walk the earth. He got punked so hard you almost feel bad for the guy. Dropped in sparring by an MMA fighter, then tries to save face by having a hands only bareknuckle BOXING match with that fighters utterly inferior buddy who has a 13-15 MMA record....and manages to lose. He just keeps on digging himself deeper, guy needs to let it go.

Also, the unwarranted snobbery in this thread is laughable. "oh my brand of face punching is more cultured and sophisticated than yours". Of course 90% of it rooted in thinly veiled racist venting anyway so you cant expect it to be especially rational.
