Next time he says he fights only when there is no rain or if he enjoyed sunset that fighting day.

Excuse is excuse. If he uses it to duck a fight he is a ducker.

Yes, you are absolutely correct, however, who doesn't want to play on their strengths? If its a weight clause, re hydration clause, preferred venue. Even insisting on a 50-50 purse. Every action is a demonstration of positional play of how much advantage you can to win

This would only be justified if he took the fight with fans or not
Nothing wrong with negotiations but then step up to the plate
From his last few statements , it really does sound like a duck although I hate calling a fighter a ducker

This line doesn't sound like negotiation and it's not like it depends on Arum or anyone else, it doesn't. So like it or not, you fight or you duck, there is no third option "oooh fiiine! if you want fans you get them sits!"... not with lopez' "weight issue" - another excuse not to fight btw.

Furthermore, there is no way he will be fighting Lom next year because he has been seriously struggling with weight and will not be able to stay at 135 till next year and Lom is not going up to 140. Unless arenas open up to crowds in the next few months, if he holds firm on not fighting without a crowd, the Lom fight will never happen, and as I already stated, he will be shorting his paycheck by the entire amount of a Lom fight. And Arum will have something to say about that. It is what it is.
              ...... Bingo !
