I get it. You're a Loma fan. You cried when Linares dropped him, you were raging when Salido handed him a loss. I get it.I watched that fight like 8-10 times from 2 different telecasters and camera views. Loma hit him almost anytime he wanted. When he did not land, he landed very next half second, he almost never dropped attack without being the one to hit last.
The only time GRJ had even rounds were when Loma intentionally dropped the pace out of inexperience but even then those rounds Loma usually won by a little margin, he practically counted landed shots as if in amauter fights and knew how to land just enough to win a round.
You sayd Loma jabbed? LMAO! THe only time Loma jabbed was to open russel to severe body shots and head shots and that fight was when Loma landed power shots mostly, not like in some other fights like against Axeman or Rigondeao when those fighters quit as quick as those power shots began landing.
I gave you benefit of the doubt because this fight was 6 years ago and people tend to forget what actually was and need to refresh memories. BUt as instead of rewatching that fight you brought back archieved feelings instead of rewatching the fight with clear sight then I see you really just push your agenda instead of finding out the thruth in there.
I won't waste more breath on you as I was suggested above.
But "at the end of the day", Russell was hurt in 3 rounds max. Every other round was a chess match.

Lomachenko handily outboxed Russell Jr. Also, Russell’s punches seemed to be more flashy than anything else, they looked like they had no power behind them. Lomachenko’s punches were landing more solidly, eye popping, crowd pleasing. They just plainly looked better. Russell was also visibly stunned multiple times throughout the fight and I don’t recall any instance where a KD should have been called for Russell. He is lucky he lost by MD, now he can try to play games and say it was close when it really wasn’t.Last edited by -Kev-; 04-24-2020, 12:20 AM.Comment

it has to do with fanboys warping reality as they see fit.
sure some weren't low but a lot were. the ones that ended the fight were sure as hell low. the time kovalev turned his back like a coward he was hit with a big low blow right before that delayed reaction. i guess it just matters how much do you care bout reality? even the ref changed his mind halfway through the fiht as to what was low and what wasnt but yeah ward never needed any help to win

body shots! oh sorry border line belt line shots i meanLast edited by daggum; 04-24-2020, 12:34 AM.Comment

This is either clickbait or the dumbest statement I have ever heard. Gary Russell Jr hasn't fought anyone with a chance since the night he got schooled by Lomachenko.Comment

This is what took the soul out of Kovalev. Not border line belt shots when he was already on his way out.it has to do with fanboys warping reality as they see fit.
