You idiots amaze me lol. The unmitigated gall is simply astounding. All it takes is 1 question to shut you the fk up.
If America is no longer a racist society, then when did it stop being racist?
I know you’ll refuse to answer so how you take the L and never quote ever again. Thanks.
Your ignorance amazes me, in that you don't know the difference between a white supremacist society and a society in which racism exists among some but not all of its inhabitants. An African American would never have become president of a white supremacist country. Talking all of that BS like you actually know something. GTFOH.Comment

It’s a fact that Haney’s comment came in response to a question about loma. Again, my point was that he didn’t say that one race was superior to another race as he has been accused of doing. Taking his comments at face value, they aren’t racist. Y’all are the ones spinning this. “He’s saying that white fighters are inferior”. That’s not what he said.
Racists usually don’t like to entertain discussions about racism. You’re hardly alone.
“It’s just a joke........we were just joking” is a common deflection. I don’t deny that you were joking but you were also serious. Boxing has always been based on race and/or nationality.
If you'd really like to talk about racism, which seems to be your motive, we can. I find it quite odd that you can justify, "I'll never let a white boy beat me" to a question about a fighter, but see racism in "Loma will punish him for us" in response to "white people tried to punish him." Yeah, there's no tongue in cheek play on words there. None at all. Meanwhile, you're using "white people tried to punish him" and "he grew up in a white supremacist society" to justify "I'll never let a white boy beat me."
And then lastly, you say "boxing has always been based on race and/or nationality." Why then, would this seemingly racist comment NOT be based on race and/or nationality?
...or, we can just say that the man apologized and move onComment

Till this day ***** gets absolutely no respect from the general white population and to be real, trump and the growing dislike/distrust of government in the white community is in response to *****’s election. “Make America great again” is in direct response to ***** being elected and it’s a dog whistle to whites that their privilege is being threatened. The uptick in police and civilian terrorism of blacks was another response to *****. The majority of whites voted against ***** both times and the fact the he won shook the white community up. After ‘08 the tea party which is now the alt right was birthed. Then they went on to elect a self proclaimed “white nationalist”. Yea, America is blatantly a white supremacist society. 1 mixed black president who was raised by his white mother doesn’t negate that.
There’s a reason that you didn’t answer the “when did America stop being racist” question because you cowards never answer that question. You know that any answer you give will make you look even more ******.Comment

Respect, Devin. You're waaaay better than that silly talk. Nobody asked to be born black or white or whatever, so how can anyone be "proud" to be any race? Let's move on. We've ALL said ****** shti from time to timeComment

We all say dumb sheit sometimes. Hope he learns from it, keeps it moving, and does great things.
But let me make a point. He says he used "a term" and that's not the issue for a couple of reasons. First, there's no offensive term. I don't think I've ever met a white man who sees offense in "white boy." That's not an offensive term.
Second, and more important, is that it's not the term that is the issue, but the ideology behind the statement. If I slip up and use a term that is offensive, that's one thing. But, if I believe that one group of people is inherently better than all members of another group, then that is wrong regardless of what terminology I use.
You see all these posters here who hate black people, they would have to change their tune if they were popular.
If you’re good at what you do, fans of potentially every color will show you support and you can not go around acting like an internet troll when you are a popular athlete, singer, actor, alienating certain fans and saying racist and prejudice remarks like a dumb, worthless poster would do.Comment

Have you seen the video? He didnt say them things by mistake, he knew exactly what he was saying. I'm not knocking him, we're all entitled to our own opinions, thoughts and beliefs but have the balls to stand by your comments instead of backtracking like a little *****.Comment
