And he's talking about his patients in general not just elderly people.
I've never seen anything like it bro. The speed in which it is transmitted is incredibly vicious. But there are people who still don't take it seriously, though. Don't know if they're dumb or something.

Bigger fights are done for 2020: without the gate, bigger names would have to take a pay cut. This virus will likely cause a market correction and lower purses across the board, but it will take time for stars to get on board with that.

However, I would definitely love to see some nice C-level match-ups made to get boxing on television. A Friday Night Fights level card could be produced in studio for 100-200k.

        Very true.
Most people are still in fantasy land thinking that things will go back
to normal sooner than later. Again, common sense tells us it won't.
Fans need to show signs that they approve of alternatives like fights produced in a studio.

So there's very little interest in this as only a few participated in this thread.
As if things will get back to normal anytime soon.
As if people would suddenly stick themselves in in a large assembly of audience
            without worrying about getting sick.
It's not happening soon doe. You better clamour for this alternative.
Otherwise, you'll all be waiting for nothing.

I think Eddie Hearn got inspired by this thread.

Hearn: "We got to be groundbreaking, I want drones flying over the top from this facility. We’ll have our own fireworks, it's got to have our stamp on it."

I’m just not sure how that makes financial sense with no live gate.
WWE and UFC mainly rely on tv contracts so having no live crowd isn’t an issue as their TV and advertising revenue drive their business.
Even the low end of fighters salaries doesn’t make sense for promoters with no live gate. Even a PPV event doesn’t seem profitable for most fighters.
DAZN doesn’t rely on PPV dollars but how many subs are they getting for Canelo/BJS with no crowd? Is it enough to offset $35 million plus what BJS would make?

I made a similar thread to this, and I'd love it. Give it a nice gym look. I want it to feel like a club fight.

It's not that serious, however. Over 99% recovery rate according to some models, not to mention those who get it and never show symptoms. There are also field hospitals that are completely empty, because the patients never materialized, which is to be expected with a disease where over 79% of cases are asymptomatic.

The only people who should be taking this seriously are the elderly, immunocompromised, and those with poor life habits.

I'm fine with it. Probably will be odd, but honestly it didn't even stand out THAT much to me during these recent UFC fights. And fook anyone who's a real fan has seem plenty of early undercard fights with virtually no audience anyway so it might not even seem all that odd except for the biggest fights & it's a solid bet the biggest fights won't happen or be fewer & further between than normal.
