He was twice Alabama state champion in the decathlon, and set state school records for the high jump and triple jump. He didn’t just play two professional sports; he was terrific at both. As for speed, Jackson may have been faster in the 40, but Walker had world-class speed at 100 meters. That’s partly why Bo a better running back; he could accelerate faster, and had better moves. Herschel was more a straight-ahead runner.
      Exactly

And the guy said Bo wasn't a fighter, but he use to beat up other kids in elementary school. Bo could've been a professional hockey player if that's what he chose to do.

I saw video of him dunking a basketball. The dude was just an all around athlete. A man of that size running a 4.13 is insane. There are dude's 40 pounds lighter than he who don't come close to that.. Even to this day.

That's like having a Lamborghini tank built in one.

Imagine if Cus trained Bo at 13... I'd pay good money to see the created product

Bo was a rare blend of size coupled with 100% fast twitch muscle — by definition, an explosive combination. As I’ve said before, I don’t think it’s a forgone conclusion he would’ve been champion as a boxer, but I think his chances were good if he trained from a young age. As for beating Tyson in his prime, when Bo was a pro football player/baseball player? Fat chance. Haha

Oh absolutely not. He couldn't just walk over from another sport and train for a year and beat Tyson. I agree, that wouldn't have happened.

He could've beat another lower tier boxer, but not someone like Tyson.

But if he trained at an early age like Tyson did, I think he could've been on Tyson's level or better.

I wouldn’t rule it out. Bo was so ridiculously endowed as an athlete, anything was possible. I’m sure when he made his remarks, there were those who believed it. He was Superman. Apart from boxing, there is absolutely nothing in athletics Tyson could do better than Jackson. Nothing.
