Most of what we see in Cairo these days are peoples made up of Arab, Turkish, and Greek extraction. I remember learning in college that there was more Greek blood in Egypt and Northern Africa then there is in Northern Europe
The larger percentage of Greek admixture in countries bordering the Mediterranean relative to Northern Europe makes sense. Northern Europe during the Greek and Roman eras was relatively isolated and unimportant in terms of commerce and trade. Now, of course, there is much more interaction on a global scale. Everyone, even so-called white supremacists, is now a mestizo of one kind or another. Since Mexicans by definition and self-declaration are mestizos, maybe different groups around the globe are becoming a different kind of Mexican in a very real sense.

Yeah a mix of all 3 just like most African Americans in the United States have white blood as well some more than others. People can't seem to differentiate between race and ethnicity.

Charlo vs. Dervy makes the most sense, but David Benavidez would be the kind of risk that P4P fighters take!

Keep dreaming kid. For a change, you’re younger and bigger, this man won’t set foot anywhere near you. Plus you’re a PBC fighter and they’ll use that as a deterrence to fight you. You’re doing just fine without him.

Yes african Americans are on average 25% European. White Americans tend to claim being “Native American” based on having much less Native American admixture than black Americans have european without claiming white status. That 25% is generally because of mass **** during the slavery era in the antebellum south.

One tidbit, there are more people of Mideast ancestry in Mexico than anywhere except the Middle East itself. My favorite in that category is Salma Hayek, Lebanese. As for religion, Mexico has large numbers of Ashke**** ***s, Sephardic ***s, Mennonites and Mormons, in addition to Catholics, Protestants, high tone women and cigar smokers.
Are you referring to the church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints when you say Mormon?

The people that usually hate on this the most on this forum are people with no cultural identity they don't realize that in Latino communities they hold on to traditions and their culture more than a lot of others so they always want an excuse to hate get it over man.

By the way there is only 3 races Negroid, Caucasoid, and Mongoloid and Latinos are usually are mix of all 3. Culture is what makes the difference in distinguishing what makes each country unique. Like someone said Mexico is a very diverse country just like any country in the Western Hemisphere the East will be like that soon with all the migration from the Arab Spring and African conflicts.
American is a culture identity. "Mexican- American" is a joke. There is no such thing as that. You are either Mexican or American. The fact that you do not understand what being an American means shows you have no cultural understanding.

People are really getting into the weeds on this racial conversation, so to add a curveball-- David is actually half Ecuadorian from his mother but apparently identifies more with his Mexican side.
