Froch should come out and fight ggg if he's "too big & too strong" for him.

An aging Froch fought undefeated Bute and undefeated Groves. He could’ve just called out Hopkins and Jones and call it a career. Instead he took a fight where he was underdog vs Bute and destroyed him in a shockingly one sided win. And took on a guy 10 years younger and was a “next generation” fighter in Groves and also destroyed him. When you know you're at the end you don't take on the largely unkown next generation for a pittance, you make long overdue fights with fellow greats of your own generation for retirement level money. Did Froch fight Callum Smith, Benavidez or Zurdo near the end, or did he chase the big money bouts?
Though I'm a massive Calzaghe fan and would still back him to win closely against Jones with both at their peaks, even I would say he was a lot closer to his best than Jones when they finally fought. The Hopkins fight was a lot closer, but B-Hop continued fighting at world championship level for about a decade afterwards.Comment

You also can't ignore the fact that Froch sulked like a child at having to fight in the 1st place, then sulked again when everyone said the ref helped him out, forcing him into a rematch. Then he ****s on to everyone for the rest of his life how he got 80k fans into Wembley that one time. He wouldn't touch DeGale either, all he cared about was trying to get revenge on Ward or get Golovkin up to 168.Comment

Didn't a shot Jones still manage to drop calzaghe with a forearm shot lol atleast he admits peak Jones would have been too much.Comment

Hahaha nice assumption. Froch shouldn't have made that post about ggg then should he? It's alright saying he's retired and 42 but he's calling out calzaghe who's 48 for a fight?Comment

And yet he's still bitter about; Calzaghe retiring, Ward never giving him a rematch, Golovkin not wanting to put on half a stone. All this while constantly about how he filled up Wembley stadium that one time.... in a rematch that should never have been needed, against a guy he never wanted to fight in the 1st place, as he felt he was so far above him experience wise.An aging Froch fought undefeated Bute and undefeated Groves. Dont get me wrong, that last 10 second KO against Taylor when a mile behind on the cards was something special, as was the way he folded Groves in the aforementioned rematch.Comment
