while floyd fighting mosley and/or dlh would be great for boxing, so would baldy winning. An underdog story like his would be great and would certainly get publicity because of the situation. it would be in newspapers, not even in the sports section.

Which is totally hilarious because most of the people who complain about Floyd readily admit he has the best skills in boxing today. So if you have the best skills how is it that you are going to lose to a less skilled man... because you haven't been fighting elite competition the last 6 fights??????

So who would you have him fight and please don't say Margarito. I like Margarito but it is fact that he is untested. He definitely could give Mayweather problems because he has great power and constantly throws punches (100/round). Nonetheless, we can agree that Kermit Cintron isn't on Floyd's level in terms of skills. So the best I can rate Margarito is as a B+ fighter as he hasn't beaten an A-level fighter to make him one. And you could definitely claim that Floyd isn't an A-level fighter at 147 yet because he beat Zab Judah and Sharmba Mitchell (but Floyd definitely proved himself at lower weights). And if you don't think he should fight Margarito then who? There are limited options as Hatton, Cotto, DLH, and Mosley have all turned down the bout. I really hope you don't want to see him fight Cory Spinks.

And to be honest, Margarito didnt necessarily win it against Cintron, but Cintron lost it. As soon as Cintron realized he couldnt hurt him like other fighters he just broke down. Mentally he whatnt ready for a title fight, as soon as he got cut he was threw mentally and fatigued and drained mentally, not from margarito physical abuse. And margartio aint even on Zab level, so if Zab B+, then Margo a C-.
