I am not sure that he has THE best resume in boxing today, but he had a bunch of good wins earlier in his career. On the other hand while he isn't fighting elite opponents, he is still better than RJJ imo. Zab Judah and Sharmba Mitchell aren't world-class elite fighters, but they also weren't construction workers or garbage men like some of the chumps RJJ fought.

Some people feel they aren't a legitimate challenge to Floyd so the fights shouldn't happen. Some think that Margarito is clearly the most difficult opponent and has offered the most money so there shouldn't be any question as to who his opponent should be. Spinks is a boxer and a lot of people think it is next to impossible to outbox Floyd. Baldomir just isn't an elite fighter and people also think Floyd will easily box his way to a victory. That being said, I just don't care. I will be happier when Floyd announces who he is fighting so we can stop all the speculation.
