Matchroom has a history of promoting and recycling a long list of drug cheats who have either popped dirty for doping or for some type of banned substance like: Lucas Browne, Alexander Povetkin, Billy Joe Saunders, Dillian Whyte and the list goes on and on.

It seems to me, that Matchroom only draws the line when it comes to popping dirty for PED use, only against American fighters. They are held to a higher standard.

I'm no promoter, but even I can see that Jarrell Miller makes a great villain. Up until he gets gets exposed in the ring or gets himself permanently banned, there will always be savvy (albeit unethical) promoters looking to sign him.

He would have been banned for at least 2 years if he was from the UK. Possibly 6 years if UKAD had counted each of the 3 PEDs he tested positive for as a separate violation.
