This thread has caused a heated discussion with me VS my dad regarding Toney vs G-Man. He's a McClellan guy all day and hates Toney because of the Tiberi thing. I like both fighters but am a HUGE Toney fan. We're choppin it up lol. Thanks GOAT!

I just texted my dad and asked his pick on Finito vs Choco and he was like "I don't think i know who Lopez is"...I'm like WHAT!? You were the one that told me to watch his fights lol. He didn't know Finito was his nickname. He likes Lopez over Choco "probably by KO" as well.
Yeah I’m the same, I’d never argue too strongly either way in these fantasy matchups as they’re never going to actually happen so it’s all just opinion at the end of the day.

Nice thread, have to think about some of these picks. RJJ is my favorite fighter of all time, but Spinks at LHW was UNREAL. Can't call that one. Ward at 168 was also special and just more consistent overall than Toney. I also like him in a close decision. I don't see Pacquiao stopping Hamed at FW, but he would win. Mayweather over Lomachenko at 130 in a clear decision. May even drop him at some point. Lopez vs Chocolatito? Wow, tough tough one. Gomez vs Morales? Damn, again have to think about it more on some of these mythical match ups.

I agree with with all except Jones fight.I see a Tarver replay when the Spinks jinx lands.

Joe Calzaghe VS Andre Ward at 168.

                  Joe wins by split decision.

I just think Jones would have too much speed, I thought the the reflexes had really slowed down by the time he fought Tarver and the Johnson loss reaffirms that.

I think a prime RJJ looked close to unbeatable at 175, but I’ve always thought that Michael Spinks would’ve had the best chance at beating him due to his combination of size and skill.

I think Pac vs Naz could end up like Naz vs Kelly, I think it would’ve been a real fire fight at 126 with punches flying in from all sorts of angles.

I was very tempted to pick Morales for the decision upset but Gomez’s power just makes me think he finds the stoppage.
