The moment I saw him at the weigh-in vs Spence I knew that he was just never gonna be a 147 pounder, he doesn't have the frame to be a 147er, he looks fat at that weight, it's just not his weight.

I think his weight where his best weight is 135, I'm optimistic he can still make 135, him vs Lomachenko still would be a great fight. He can be a top 140er but there's no big names in there, and top 147's are gonna beat him just in size difference.

Mikey you haven't taken a whole lot of punishment in your career, and only you know how you feel inside your body. The fight you gave jessie vargas shows that errol spence didn't take as much out of you as ppl say he did. I bet jessie vargas doesn't think you're shot. And he's no bum, and trained by mike mccallum. He said he was in the best shape ever, that he was stronger and faster, that he was gonna do this and that, and we saw the result. So you're a lot better than ppl realize. That's your advantage. You don't look like much to the observer. You aren't ripped, you're built more like a swimmer. You don't look like you can punch. They say you look slow. Even when fighters say they're not underestimating you, they really are, until they fight you. Please put Khan to sleep for good, then get that Pacquiao money, then go back down if you want.

That's just the truth and we all knew it and we're all saying it. Look, you don't have to be a bodybuilder but when you are going up in weight above your natural weight/prime natural weight you HAVE to incorporate strength and conditioning/weight lifting. He is a fat, blubby 147'er.

His best weight is 135 but I think he'd do well at 140 too. Please just go to135 and fight Loma.

He should move to light welter, he did not good in his fight with Spence.

If mikey could win his 5th division title he will be the first mexican to win it. Only the very elite boxer has won the 5 divison champion, mikey will be their with the likes of leonard, Mayweather, roy jones and robinson.

Mikey's best weight is obviously between 135 and 140,I'd only favor Loma at 35' and can only see Ramirez giving him any trouble at 40',that's including Regis or Josh. I seriously doubt he can get back down 135 though. At welter he looks a little "meaty" but I met him around 4 yrs ago and it surprised me how solid/stocky he was, easily was near 170lbs. Hes never going to,or ever had, that Timothy Bradley physique but other than Spence,I believe he does have the strength coupled with his talent to compete at welter. Let's hope he gets the chance...

it's mikey's fault that the lomachenko fight didn't happen. he could have fought loma years ago when he was still at lightweight. I honestly believe mikey never wanted any part of loma. he never chased after loma like he chased after spence. he didn't mention lomachenko's name in the media as much as he did other fighters.

Mikey is a quality fighter. He can fight anyone but can't beat the best welters (Spence/Pac/Crawford). 147 is out of his range to dominate. Id personally like to see Porter vs Mikey. Winner takes Thurman. Crawford vs Spence too.
