Man you need to look at the numbers c class or b class boxers dont make as much as top 5 or champs in mma. Iam by no means saying there champions are being paid correctly but the payout in mma is very confusing because they dont disclose all the pay sometimes.I agree with most of what you said but the UFC tickets are not cheap bro they are like 150 bucks for the nosebleeds at least in Austin and Houston. I'd much rather pay 75 for good seats at a boxing fight anyday but I am a fan of both sports so I'm not going to criticize the fighters but I do not like the UFC's model they pay their fighters very poorly and charge a lot for the tickets and PPV leaving them with a bulk share of the profit which is why they have so much money.
Someone said something interesting why doesn't the UFC do a cross promotion with Bellator or ONE i've always said the same but they never will there was several good MMA organizations that the UFC bought out or merged with so they could be the top dog. Strikeforce was a good one a lot of current top level fighters in the UFC were on Strikeforce (Masvidal, Diaz, Overeem, Romero, Woodley, Lawler, Souza, Werdum, Rockhold, and Daniel Cormier. Some of those guys are on their way out obviously but just goes to show with that one acquisition a lot of their champions emerged (Woodley, Lawler, Cormier, Rockhold, Rousey, Tate, and more)
Now Coker went from Strikeforce to Bellator and is kind of doing the same thing there he has built up a solid organization that competes once again with the UFC it might not be at that level but its getting there. The UFC is a monopoly they want to control the entire market of MMA I can't stand Dana White just his attitude his demeanor like he's some big shot I still remember him being this guy.
Either way boxing is the way to go even a C class fighter makes more than 90% of the UFC fighters and to me I'll always be a way bigger fan of boxing than MMA.
All I know is Zuffa boxing was established in what 2017? We are in 2020 and they still haven't had a fight lmao.
Ive seen this money thing in boxing before but if you look at dan rafaels purse payout for boxers that arent co or main event its the same as ufc. The real money difference is in main eventers but everything else not to different.Comment

Translation: Boxing in America is a big fraud show. Wilder is a golden gloves novice who was rigged all the way to fake 11 wbc title defenses. You have to deal with fraud fake fight fixing riggers like haymon to make the best fights but they only happen if the rigger is forced. Cerrone is known for bouncing back strong. Not to say he should have been in there with an ATG like Conor but if you look at his record, he has beaten many good/great fighters after having terrible losses before that. And this just proves my point. dana doesn't just end a fighters career after a bad loss. He gives them an opportunity to see if it was a fluke or not. The UFC has boxing beaten by a mile when it comes to that part of the game. No dis*****g it.Comment

White should be thanking boxing today! If it wasn't for the level of competition world wide, there would be less ufc fighters going to him or that sport.
Let me explain. 1-Simply if a person doesn't have the skill to box but the desire to compete they look for another option.
2-if a person doesn't have the will to train harder than in any other sport they look for another option.
3-if a person can't compete or is unwilling to compete on a level playing field they look for another option.
To put it plain if a person doesn't have what it takes in boxing they call Dana White to build them into a wannabe gladiator.
You see White provides dreams for those who can't hang in the true sport of boxing. Which is why even those gritting it out in a losing effort get that standing ovation from the fans who appreciate and respect what the true pugalist goes through.
So Danna White can scoff all he wants at the political robberies in manny decisions, or the fact that TR is racist toward Mexican fighters or that the p4p list only has one honest name on it and he's from Japan. Doesn't change the fact that boxing is boxing and anything else is just pretend or Dana Whites version of mismatches within a ring of different fighting styles practiced by those who couldn't hang in boxing.Comment

The 1% of fighters at the top of boxing make way more than anyone in UFC. But Dana White pays bottom people in UFC 25k. Enough to live on. Boxing pays bottom people on the card 3k which is nothing.Comment
