Urango really looked like **** last time out.........He may be able to duke it out with hatton though seeing how Hatton is not one of those moving around boxers and it relatively easy to hit.Hatton TKO late in a fun fight to watch.
Hatton vs Urango...?

This should be an alright fight to watch as both guys love to come forward and throw big shots. I see why people are disappointed with his choice, but if I give Floyd the pass on his moves I'm going to do the same for Hatton. A Hatton-Castillo Title Fight sounds much more attractive than just a Hatton-Castillo fight. It probably allows it to be on PPV etc. Hatton also will be coming down in weight and this isn't the easiest fight in the world (I think more difficult than Maussa). He probably needs one fight just to reacclimate to the weight. Then after he fights Castillo, especially if he wins, that sets up a great bout between Hatton and Mayweather (and if they are both undefeated still...whoa). I see a lot of good fights in the near future so its fine if these guys clear out the garbage before taking care of each other.Comment

One thing is for certain though. Hatton groupies can't knock Mayweather for taking "weak opposition" anymore.Comment

I mean they could... but it would be the same circular totally subjective arguments (ie. Collazo is beter than Judah or Tyszu is better than anyone Floyd beat)Originally posted by DiegoFuegoOne thing is for certain though. I just don't see how anyone in boxing's resume right now can compare to thisOriginally posted by amagninI mean they could... but it would be the same circular totally subjective arguments (ie. Collazo is beter than Judah or Tyszu is better than anyone Floyd beat)
1) Carlos Hernandez
2) Jesus Chavez
3) Diego Corrales
4) Jose Luis Castillo
5) DeMarcus Corley
6) Arturo Gatti
7) Sharmba Mitchell
8) Zab Judah
De La Hoya has fought better opposition, but he lost to half of the great fighters he fought
Morales comes closest, having fought Hernandez and Chavez as well as Barrera three times and Pacquiao twice, but out of those particular 5 fights, he lost 3Comment

As far as facing weak opposition, Hatton has by far the worst resume of any "elite" fighter. Before Tsyzu, nothing but journeymen and Sharmba Mitchell leftovers. After Tsyzu, he beat Maussa which meant absolutely nothing as Cotto had already tore him up. He then moves up to 147 and gets a gift against Collazo. Now he's fighting a guy who some would still consider a prospect even though he has a title.Originally posted by amagninI mean they could... but it would be the same circular totally subjective arguments (ie. The only time he's ever going to fight an elite fighter is if it's someone who's smaller than him moving up in weight. That way he can use his wrestling tactics easily. He'll probably "step up" and fight Gatti after Urango...Comment

I think Pac has a pretty solid resume. He beat MAB, and EM (split 1-1). He drew with JMM (but only because of deranged scoring). He beat Larios. He also beat some contenders like Nedal Hussein and 3K Battery. Probably not as strong overall but stronger as of recently.Originally posted by DiegoFuegoI just don't see how anyone in boxing's resume right now can compare to this
