Wrong, basically what you are saying is that dominating fighters is the only criteria for P4P.

At one point did you think GGG was the no. 1 pound for pound?

Dominating low level opp is not gonna give you P4P status, beating the best is gonna give you that status even if it's earned on close fights.

Mayweather had his close fights too, Castillo 1, Cotto, Maidana 1, Augustus, Judah, DLH, still he beat those guys, he earned his #1 spot.

Ward did it too, majority of the people thought he should've lost to Kovalev on the first fight still he won, it might not been totally fair but he won his #1 p4p status beating Kovalev.

Canelo has been given benefits and that is true, I consider him to have 3 loses, to me he lost to Lara and lost to GGG 1st time. but that's it, he did not get washed out by those guys.

More reasons to dislike him than like him. Ped user, entitled diva who gets favorable treatment from Judges and title organizations (more so than anyone I can recall ever), more catch weight fights/rehydration clauses than anyone I can think of.... If it wasn't for the fact that he's Mexican, about 90% of the fans defending him wouldn't like him either. They've hated other fighters for much less.
