That's all in how comparing the best. Popularity, paydays etc.. Heart, level of competition and one category Munguia benefits from gifts from judges, are other another way to compare. Anyway good for boxing and good for Mexico. Personally I think Mexico has a stable of fighters that surpass the world in toughness and talent. Not just in numbers but the true skill and toughness of the champions. In percentages Japan is their only rival. Top Rank is soo blinded protecting their black american hype jobs they are showing their true colors and racist agendas by sabotaging every Mexican and Mexican/American champion they have.
