The punch stats are not a 'weak' argument whatsoever. They describe exactly what the majority of boxing fans saw when they watched that fight.
Was Castillo robbed of a victory over Floyd Mayweather Jr.?

I've scored it a draw at 113-113 and a Mayweather win at 114-112, but never a Castillo victory. Those punchstats are bull**** and anybody who watches the fight knows that. Show me 3 rounds where Castillo landed more than just arm punches.Comment

Now if anybody watched the three rounds posted at you tube, Harold Lederman had Castillo up by three points after the 11th, even Larry Merchant, who always scores it wrong, had Castillo up by a point, and in my eyes, Castillo won the last round. Floyd kept rabbit punching or hitting Castillo's ears. He kept holding on to Castillo's arm cuz he knew he was going to get hit hard and didn't want it to happen. At the bell of the last round, Floyd hit Castillo with like four or five punches, just at or even after the bell. He's a punk and Castillo was robbed.Comment

The fight was close but n oway the fight could go either way,Castillo CLEARLY won a close 1.
The second fight was close also and rightfully scored.
Still doesnt make justice, the second fight oddly enough was scored
closer than the first. So what does that tell you?Comment
