Why do these buffoons keep saying “I gotta be in shape”?

I am not a pro boxer and I know that one has to be in tip top condition to fight. We tune in to watch these guys fight (buying PPV or paying at the gate) and they (especially the HW division) keep coming bloviated out of shape.

How the fück does a guy come fat out of shape when they have three months to get ready? To top it off, it comes with multi million dollar payday(s).

Fück outta here with the “I gotta come in shape” bullshït!!!

The state of boxing is very slow right now and is why we have this thread peace.

No reason to print this if everything was normal.

If Dillianabol come in shape he will KO Povetkin under R7 for sure, Povetkin is past prime and become tired to quickly.
Maybe if he come in a masterchief UK shape that could be a long night for the 2 fighters.

Beat Parker without concussing him with that little rock head and I'll start to believe. From what I saw, Parker beats you every time in a fair match.

Whyte loses to Fury, Wilder, Joshua for sure. I have him losing to Ruiz Jr. and Dubois while he struggles against Joyce and Ortiz. I am not sure about Usyk since he's yet to get really tested in the HW division...somehow, I don't see Usyk reaching the top at HW.

I see Whyte as being ranked 5-6 overall but he has a chance to beat anyone on the day. His ,main weakness are that he is a bit slow and not that hard to hit.

It's a real shame to boxing that he hasn't had a title shot for the WBC title after 2-3 years. Wilder only had to beat some random low-ranked boxers to get his chance against Stiverne.

He's only taking advantage of what they give him, the BBBBzzzx and UKAD. His best bet is to remember how Fury has to pay millions to get them off his back. If Whyte ever gets a title, they'll bring up the "background" to get their cut.

Same thing Tim Witherspoon used to say when asked if he would beat x fighters. He would say "in shape, or out of shape?".
